CAN I PICK DIFFERENT WINES OTHER THAN WHAT IS ON THE EXCLUSIVE LIST? Yes, you can. We would quote these on a case-by-case basis. We wanted to make the party plan easy and include some winedown cafe favorites. |
YOUR OPTIONS ARE GREAT, BUT I WAS LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT. CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY EVENT TO FIT MY NEEDS?
Yes we can try to come up with a unique party that fits your personality; these prices would be handled on a case-by-case basis |
CAN I DECORATE THE SPACE FOR OUR PARTY? Yes we normally allow most non-permanent decorations; we allow you to begin your decorations up to 2 hours before said event. If more time is needed, please ask. |
CAN I SUPPLY MY OWN CATERER? Winedown Cafe & Events welcomes the opportunity to work with local caterers. If you would prefer to bring in a caterer, then we will charge a $200 catering fee, along with a potential rental fee, to meet the minimum charge. Cakes & desserts are an exception to this rule and are charged a $20 flat rate (Consent/releases forms must be filled out prior to the event). |
